Education
I have recently completed my Masters of Science (MSc) in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh. I also have a BA in Sociology from Covenant College in Georgia, where I took classes in not only Sociology, but also Interpersonal Communications, Cultural Psychology, Linguistics, and more. I was also Salutatorian of my High School graduating class of 2010.
Experience
I have a unique international learning background, having studied year in Scotland and five months in Thailand, where I took classes in Thai culture, language, and art, as well as completing an internship tutoring Buddhist monks in English. My goal is to one day become a professor and teach at the university level. I am passionate about the social sciences, and love doing research and sharing my passion with others. My hope is that tutoring will strengthen my teaching skills as well as allow me to continue sharing my passion for learning with others as I continue to pursue my dream.
